8 Week Yoga and Mindfulness Course

This course explores the building blocks that create a Yoga practice that brings balance to both our body and mind. The course is designed to develop both a mindfulness and Yoga self-practice to take into daily life and a firm basis to further explore both disciplines with continued study. It is suitable for those with or without established practices of Yoga and/or mindfulness.
The integration of Mindfulness into Yoga practice is a radical approach with transformative impact on the postures. By bringing you into awareness that your stiffest muscle is between your ears, it simply unlocks your practice, whether as a beginner or advanced practitioner, revealing further opportunity for growth. This blended teaching approach provides a fresh learning experience for releasing your body and mind in any situation or experience that you encounter on or off the mat.

Yoga and Mindfulness 5 Week Graduate Course
A 5 week course to extend and deepen the integrated practice of Yoga and Mindfulness. Building on the self-practice and techniques learnt in the 8 week course, this course includes detoxifying exercises, befriending meditation and a variety of new postures. Starting with a focus on learning to take care of yourself through the practice of Yoga and Mindfulness, you will work towards creating an authentic practice, one that reflects how you are and supports how you would wish to be.
