Suitable for all those familiar with some form of meditation
Use the day to:
- get back into a daily meditation routine,
- deepen your daily practice,
- explore the benefits of different mindfulness based activities,
- experience the energy and support of group based meditation
Day will include:
Mindfulness Yoga exercises (suitable for all)
Sitting and walking meditation
Mindful Observation
Mindfulness in daily activity
Metta meditation

Build your own Workshop:
Suitable for Yoga teachers / groups who wish to complement their existing teaching / practise with insights from the Ashtanga and Buddhist traditions.
Each workshop can be either 2 hrs or 4 hrs (2 x 2hrs sessions). Mix and match for a half or whole day or a complete weekend. Call to discuss. For Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) these courses can be part of your continuous professional development (CPD). Please let me know if you require a certificate of attendance..
Fee minimum £200 per 2 hr workshop, plus travel @ 40p per mile (First 30 miles free) and accommodation (if over a weekend). (30% non refundable deposit).

Cancellations: if made more than 10 days before the class 10% of fee is forfeited; 7-10 days before 50% forfeited; no refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the class.

Courses are either at my Studio or at a location convenient to you (mileage charged at 40p per mile).
A private course one to one costs £600 which includes all materials and CD’s,
One to two costs £360 per person
One to three costs £250 per person
One to four or more costs £195 per person
There is a £25 reduction per person if they choose to use the online resources including MP3 files rather than the CD’s and paper printouts.
The appropriate fee is due before the start of the course and no refunds are possible after the course has started. If you cancel more than 7 days before the course begins the cancellation fee is 25% of the fee paid. For cancellations less than 7 days before the course starts there is no refund unless you or I find a replacement participant in which case a 25% cancellation fee is due.
