Overview of Yoga Unlimited at Work

In just 45 minutes, a class from Yogaunlimited will help build flexibility, strength and stamina. It will replace tiredness with energy, reduce stress and improve mental clarity. The fluid smooth breathing that naturally develops leaves your nervous system calm with a concentrated and vibrant mind.

YogaUnlimited teach key yoga principles to deliver maximum benefit in the shortest possible time. This teaches you to do more with less effort, to become more flexible in the way we move, think and act enabling you to live life without fatigue.

These techniques can be learnt over a period of 6 sessions. A longer period allows the practice to consolidate. Once participants are familiar with this process they are encouraged to adopt a daily 7 minute programme which maintains and enhances the benefits already gained.

The practice encourages correct posture and proper alignment as well as systematically toning every muscle.

The benefits develop quickly with regular practice and support greater self confidence and awareness.

By making this practice available at your work either before the day starts, at lunchtime or immediately after work you have access to this dynamic system without using up precious time in the evenings. This allows you to integrate the benefits both in and outside work achieving a better work/life balance.

If your organisation has a flexible lunchtime we can accommodate everyone by running back to back sessions.
